One down, more to go

I've finished my first knitting project of the year. OK, so it's only my second project - bygones.

I used much thinner yarn than the pattern called for, so I had to improvise a little, but I think it turned out pretty good. I've bought the correct yarn, so I may try to make another at a later time to see how that turns out.

Anyway, I'm proud of my self and can't wait to get started on my next project - a scarf for Lorelei.
